The Dell Optiplex was in great shape, gently used, with some dust to be expected when it is 8yrs old. Included power cable, booted and ran Windows brand new install just fine, and the photos represented the actual machine I received. Strangely the RAM were mismatched 4GB sticks (Samsung / SK Hynix) but of course the stakes are low on $80 computers so I'm still happy. A+
