    Seller offered an item at a greatly reduced discount, I ordered and paid for two. Seller then told me that the item had been lost in the post, three times! Seller could not provide proof of postage or tracking details, blaming a postal strike in China. there has not been a postal strike in China since 1932! I asked eBay to step in as I wanted my discounted goods. eBay accepted a refund on my behalf with no discussion with me. I thought once you ordered and paid for a purchase a deal was struck.
