It was never sent! They took my money anyways and ignored my communications before, during, and after the sale period. eBay had to step in and when customer service also could not get a response from the seller they quickly issued a refund. This was very frustrating I purchased the same item elsewhere. We're a small family business with hundreds of successful transactions. Our feedback history reflects who we are.
