I did have one of the three windows arrive broken/glass shattered and the company was quick to resolve the issue and send me a replacement. The windows were as described and were good quality and look good installed. This company had the best price of all of the options available. I would recommend the company find a way to package the windows with more protection than just the box. Overall, good experience.
