When item arrived late and defective, I contacted him, he implied that I was a liar and a scammer, so I filmed the defective key on the midi keyboard along with the serial number, then I shipped it back to the seller anyway, but USPS wouldn't take his original packaging so I had to use a USPS plastic enveloppe. The seller wouldn't cooperate even after receiving the item back. Ebay stepped in, the seller was told to refund me but he tried to keep some money.Reply from: i-jmax- Feedback replied by seller i-jmax.- Feedback replied by seller i-jmax.I’m sorry the buyer felt this way, but this feedback is not accurate. The keyboard was tested before shipping (video proof shared) and later resold to another buyer with no issues.
