When item arrived late and defective, I contacted him, he implied that I was a liar and a scammer, so I filmed the defective key on the midi keyboard along with the serial number, then I shipped it back to the seller anyway, but USPS wouldn't take his original packaging so I had to use a USPS plastic enveloppe. The seller wouldn't cooperate even after receiving the item back. Ebay stepped in, the seller was told to refund me but he tried to keep some money.
