I've never in my life received such a wrinkled mess, and cashmere bruises and loses the nap direction easily. This item was not taken care of, and was not shipped worth a FLIP. If you care about what you sell, you don't WAD it up and CRAM it into a plastic bag much too small. I will be taking it to the dry cleaners, of course and have to live with it. The sweater was taken care of, no 3 animals have NOT been living in it. It was not wadded up or crammed into anything. It is a thin cashmere sweater that cannot hold shape when folded, stored and shipped. it was folded end over end because it was too flimsy to fold properly. if it got jostled in shipping you can hang and steam. it was in a small bag because it is small. I do give a FLIP about my packaging, but no i do not wrap in tissue
