Guess I have alot more to learn . All the internal drives work fine . Not external . This was all fault of mine and this place is a great place to buy stuff at a great price and great packing . Thanks.

Cosmetically, the amp is clean inside and out, just a few dings and a bent metal back plate that’s easy to fix. As far as the internal components, I found the culprit of why the amp did not turn on. A missing capacitor on the power supply board. Another easy fix. Great buy and received as described by seller.
