The listing never mentioned new battery and this was a lie to not refund money. I never touched the battery. I then looked at feedback and see he has done this a few times. Ebay also agreed with me as I got a refund. I'm sure he will now reply with more lies rather than reply with sorry for trying to keep my money. The device itself was as described.
