    This was a great experience. I had some confusion over the part they sent, which was the one I ordered and turned out to be the correct part. I was able to call the company and a technician called be back within an hour. When he did not know what to do (because of my mistake) he got another technician and, I think, a representative from the company that made my appliance on the line and all three of them worked me through what I was doing wrong. It was fantastic customer service.
