He had unreasonable expectations of what the sound quality of a vintage cassette recorder has. A 30 year old cassette player is not going to sound like a cd. He was refunded even though he falsely stated the recorder was defective, which it was not. This has been reported to ebay. This cassette recorder/player plays and sounds great for its age.
