    I am sorry you felt to lower a feedback rating for declined offer, but I don't really have to accept offers even if is listed as "make an offer" In the case of this item it was already 15% off & it was picked off by you on a "buy it now" apparently after a declined offer & you were happy to do so at that price at that time. Currently it is a $2.50 loss to me, so I wouldn't accept an offer for a bigger loss. The shipping was pressed tight in shipping by USPS, it left fluffy and easily opened here
