    Seller was just Ok. Communication at first was awesome as FedEx decided to use the package for demolition testing. When I got it, I was very unsure if the laptop was even in the box. It was, but was thrown in the box with little padding (NOT GOOD), screen was broken(not from FedEx) & still required their info to login. They answered quickly got me a return ticket and then went completely dark once it was shipped. In the end got a replacement machine that was good, but wish they were better.

    I did updated their laptop to make it up the first issue. they order 2016 model laptop and i sent them 2020 a2251 I7 processor 32gb dram laptop to show that we are so sorry for the first one
