    The board and heatsink are high quality and don't appear to have ever been used (looks new). Shroud is cearly 3D printed but it is made with sturdy plastic. There were only 3 screws included ro mount the shroud, and around 8-9 holes on the board... so I don't know what happened there? Price to value seems a bit steep considering the 3D printed part, and missing screws. My V100 GPU that goes on the board was about half the price and it's an entire GPU, where this is just a carrier board. 8/10
