    Poor print in most of the manuals I received. The seller did allow me to return them. I purchased from another seller that I have used before.

    We'll never understand this one - she could only say "poor quality" but not what the issue was. The manuals we received back were in perfect condition - no errors, no misprints, crisp colors & perfectly readable. They were then resold & the new buyer left positive feedback.
