One spark plug was half-out of its box and with all the dirt and scuffing on the outside of the envelope, it is a wonder that the porcelain was not cracked or broken. Better care when shipping spark plugs is a must! These should have been shipped in a well-padded box or, at the very least, wrapped securely in bubble wrap and put into a smaller, padded envelope. Shipment was late due to USPS errors.
