Big difference in quality and packaging. The Smallrig is well boxed and protected Manfrotto in plastic bubble. In actual usage, the SmallRig has a much better grip. It also has a non-captive handle. You can pull and adjust it to your particular needs. The Manfrotto handle is captive. Plus get a baby pin. Both cost the same, but Smallrig for the Win!

I purchased the used Tripod for a very good price then though that maybe it wasn't a complete tripod and got scared. Nothing in the description indicated it came with a fluid head. I asked the seller and they responded quickly and reassured me. Lastly the package arrived packaged as if new and everything was complete and as promised. I'm very happy with the tripod and it saves a lot of time over traditional tripods.
