Eventually after I contacted EBay they accepted to have the items returned but they would not send a return Label and requested that I return the items tracked to a address in China which I did at a cost of £16. Ebays policy is that in cases like this the seller is responsible for return postage, this seller has refused to pay this and eBay have failed to enforce their own return policy.
