The carriage that holds and provides for the aiming of the lights allows for movement of the fixture after installing the 2 lock pins. That in turn allows for various amounts of shaking, depending upon the particular manufacturer. These particular lights had the least amount of movement but I don't want anything that could eventually have an affect on bulb longevity or safety.
