Contacted seller the same day they arrived with pictures of the box and the damaged contents. Not only did I recieved an apology but a replacement was immediately sent out next day delivery. It's not the problem that we remember it's how the problem was resolved and this was first class customer service. A service that some may like to follow. Highly recommended seller. Pity there aren't more stars I could give. Thank you.

I packaged and sent back exactly as they said and all items were totally unused and sent back in original condition. Seller had the cheek to only give me a 50% refund saying they weren’t in original condition. Well, I had to open the box to check the contents but it was resealed perfectly. Be very aware of this seller, I had to report to EBay who sorted it. I would never use them again for sure. Abysmal service!!!
