Contacted the person I ordered it from the texted me three times, asking for a video of it not working, and wanted me to keep it and get a partial refund, when I simply just asked for a replacement, when I could ship it back to them and they can see for them selves that it was faulty. Don’t understand why this person, only wants to do partial, and wants me to keep a bad ac compressor.
