I left a message for them and they fixed it within 2 hours without canceling the order and re-order. SUPER HAPPY with them. I'm not experienced with pricing of the items but I think prices are fair, but I'll be buying more from them because their service is AWESOME! Condition looks good. Appearance is good. Packing was excellent. all parts accounted for. Haven't tested them yet. Wish they came with powercord but no biggie. 5stars!

We never stated any specials power adapter than the standard power adapter. I asked him to return it so we can refund him since he does not want it. But he never used return service.
