They paid for the return label for the product the was the mixup as well. It was incredibly smooth and could have been so much worse. Fedex did not read the "Fragile" labeling and just tossed my package and scuffed it up. Even though it was not their fault for that, they sent me a can of paint that matched to touch it up. Other than the missing items, that they did resend, the instructions could be a little clearer. They did say they were going to send a digital copy that could be clearer to see.
