Only problems are with microsoft and their design of the ports for this, which are easy to rip out if it falls. It also loses connectivity sometimes but I am thinking this to be a software error or caused by the port-connection maybe being slightly scuffed since it was damaged by me when it fell once.

Double check the model of your airpod as even though they're the same generation they might be different models. The seller was very helpful and polite. They answered and accommodated very quickly.
