I wish you would have contacted me BEFORE leaving negative feedback. Having looked into this, it seems you have the WRONG postcode on your eBay address. You have "P144SH" and not the correct one of "PL14 4SH". It's also "The Mill House," not "MillHouse" and you left off "St. Keyne" as part of your address (all checked against the official Royal Mail website). You were also fully refunded.
