It was definitely a mistake doing business with this seller.
Total disappointment. The New Tom Ford Brown Velour Oversized Sunglasses Case INCLUDES Cleaning Cloth.
It did not come in the package. I feel somewhat cheated and demand an answer immediately.
By sending the case without protection, I mean in a box, during shipping the item suffered some type of damage and does not close properly.
The seller never answer my claim.
