Ebay has recommended that you do an “Open item NOT received claim” as the label was purchased on the 27th and mailed at USPS on the 28th. My account was set to “Time Away” from 5/24-5/28 as I was out of town. I upgraded your shipping from Ground to Priority. The tracking info “says running behind & In transit”. I’ve also submitted a missing mail ticket with the USPS. I would like to work with you to have this resolved. As you can see, your item was sent and this is completely out of my control.
