Item arrived on time, was packaged well. Item has very minor cosmetic damage not shown in listing images, but nothing worth filing a return over. That said, the seller failed any sort of communication. I reached ou several times and never received a reply. This was an international shipment, so communication is key. My experience overall wasn't negative, but wasn't positive - it was neutral.
