Bought 3pcs, 1 is defective and 1 is wrong type and not working. The only one that is working, has a damaged connector. The maximum they want to refund is half of the amount. I even paid 70eur extra for customs. They only want to do a full refund (without the 70eur for customs) if I send all 3 items back, so I have to ship non-working hardware to UK which is a hassle since Brexit.
Packaging not antistatic.
They just don't want to take responsibility for the problems they caused.
