Thanks for your feedback. I have never had issues with the post office I sent the PC before this shipment. I have given you a full refund for the PC, and I will be following up with the USPS post office about the shipment. I hope this will help make things right, and I will be shipping via UPS or Fedex moving forward to prevent this issue from happening again.
