Item was smaller than expected. However, that is my fault as the size was never specified in the description. I overpaid, but again that is my fault , as I went against my better judgement and bought a sign online. The packaging was excellent. USPS did a poor job in that it was sent to eight facilities before arrival. It should have never been dropped off at three of the staging facilities. I am retired mail carrier, so I am familiar with the process. Arrived four days later than should.
