Boots arrived two weeks late and damaged. Seller shipped in a soft package with zero protection. Boots are completely crushed. Debating wether to donate or just trash. Total waste! DON’T BUY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT SELLER!!!

I shipped the day after the purchase. Due to storms across the us it was delayed; that is out of my control. If an item is damaged during shipping you are entitled to a refund. I can work with you if I know about a problem, but just leaving a negative doesn’t help anyone.
