This item was shipped the day of purchase. Unfortunately, I can't control the post office deliveries or their notations on delivery. I have recommended that the buyer file a lost item claim with the postal service due to inaccurate delivered notation. It would have been appreciated for buyer to contact me directly to resolve prior to leaving neutral feedback for something entirely out of my control.
