It looked shiny and new. It was in a sealed package. The quality was very good for the price. I had hoped it would fit the driveshaft on my 1991 Silverado, but this one was larger than my original part. Be careful when you order, maybe message first! I would order again, but I was able to use my original metal collar and modify the o-ring seal to solve the problem.
