Shipping was ok. Product quality is not impessive, it is so clumsy that it doesn't secure the phone evenly and bends when tightening. I would not ever use this for bicycle or motorcycle as advertised, phone will slide and drop for sure. Luckily I use this for my rally simulator so I think it might be enough for that.
