The buyer switched the item with his damaged corroded unit and contacted us outside of ebay to demand a refund. He did not retract his claim with ebay until we pointed out that we had pre-shipment inspection photos of the item and there was also an evidence tamper tag attached to the unit with a unique serial number that we attach before dispatching the item.
