The seller is very communicative and helped the process go very smoothly. The drive was in excellent condition when it arrived and I was happy to see the level of bubble wrapping and care put into the package. However, the drive I ordered wasn't supported by my motherboard so I will have to send it back. But the seller was very communicative throughout the process.
