After getting their detailed instructions intended to not refund anything, I decided to give them to someone who could use them. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS !!! "our record show the exact size as order was shipped. it was scan on the shoe box to verify the size as ordered. what is the shoe size on the shoe box please".
