I received what I bought, with the exception that a 48-hour delivery service turned into 10 days. I bought a computer keyboard because mine broke, and I had to spend 10 days typing with a remote control. If an issue arises due to delivery please let us know so we can do what we can to assist. Communication is the key to resolving any issues.
