2nd hand Phone came locked to a organisation. Then they tried to suggest that was my doing
Refunded me 7.50£ less than they should ! 87.50£ plus the postage of £7.50 rather than the price I paid of £95. Plus 8£ postage
So this cost me that plus the return post of 8£ so £111 in total
