    The seller shipped the batteries in the small and thin box and without any bubble wrap inside of it, so as a result the batteries arrived damaged / cracked. It's already a week since I received the damaged batteries and I opened a return request right away, with the pictures uploaded, just because the batteries are not usable. I messaged the seller several times, but no help and no communication. Now I have to ask ebay customer service to step in and help. Not a good seller to deal with!
