Beware this buyer! Beyond her false statements about the leather, she's also expecting to have purchased a brand new pair of shoes that are an exact match to a pair she purchased almost 30 years ago. Unreasonable, especially as I offer returns and the buyer never asked for a return or contacted me at all. I tried to contact the buyer with no response, and was forced to leave this reply instead.
