We received a refund request while the item was in transit, we responded that item was in transit. The request was closed by Ebay. When the item arrived, we got a message that the package had been roughly treated by the post office, and the item was broken. The buyer never submitted any pics or requests to us. We responded multiple times, apologized and tried to trouble shoot with the buyer. We packed their item with plenty of bubble wrap, paper, and air cells. Buyer only wanted a refund.
