Shoes fit fine and everything, shipped quickly...However the adjustment strap had been cut and burned making them nearly impossible to tighten or release. Definitely something that should have been mentioned in the comments. See attached pictures. #1 is how Chacos should be, #2 is how these are, making them not a great deal.
