Both people I worked with were extremely polite and made the whole time waiting for the package easier. The psp go came in amazing quality, condition, packaging, and was freshly cleaned for a like new appearance. Not a single mark was on the shell or buttons with little to no yellowing. The slow shipping was due to Japan's post office, not this seller.
