Little more used than “like New”. Took forever to arrive, lost 2 days between payment and shipping label. Couple days for it to be boxed, processed and start shipping. Said arrive as early as Wed. I needed it for Friday afternoon, it arrived Tuesday, almost 1 week later.

Item was marked "Used - Like New" because it is. No irregularities or wear. I have a (3) day handling policy, so that would be the "lost 2 days." It is marked "shipped" when the label is purchased doesn't necessarily mean it was at the post office that moment. eBay automatically marks it shipped. Not sure where the miscommunication was since it was accurately marked "used" and it explicitly states 3 day handling.
