This comment makes no sense! I don't even know what you complaint is. You never even tried to contact me and let me know that you had a problem, and allow me to fix it prior to leaving negative feedback? Sellers are not perfect. Sometimes we fall short in meeting a customer's expectations. However, when problems arise, our goal is solve them at the lowest level, so blindly leaving negative feedback is irresponsible and doesn't enhance your buying experience. Communication works best!
