I received the jacket, and after wearing it only twice, the zipper broke. I reached out for support, but was told that since the item was sent in good condition and has been worn (and no longer has tags), no refund or assistance could be offered. This is unacceptable. A zipper should not break after just two wears—it clearly indicates a defect in quality. Wearing an item briefly does not void the responsibility of the seller
