At times it gets in a position where the PPT-MENU-Mode lights all flash and you have to either turn the turn the tune switch or just touch it to stop the flashing. I would like another unit that works like it should - PLEASE. There are no crush marks on the carton or in the Styrofoam. I do not drive and handicapped so please let me know what to do. Thank
