Limited vinyl LP pressing with 3D lenticular cover. Death Certificate is the second studio album by Ice Cube. Due to some of it's explicit content Death Certificate was the source of much controversy upon it's release. The 3D lenticular cover brings the corpse laying on the coroner's table back to life as if jumps off the cover.
